End Grain Edgebanding

Engineered Timber

The next generation of solid wood.

A solid piece of wood is remarkable enough. But a solid piece with the stability and ease of machining a manufactured board, brings it to a whole new level. Add in a level of customisation to match any project, and our end grain edgebanding feels like a superpower.

Delivers the look and feel of solid wood while benefiting from the stability of a manufactured substrate. Its PVC backing ensures a durable, stable finish that resists splitting and cracking over time. It can be applied using standard tools, just like any other edgebanding, making it easy to work with.

Additionally, it offers full customisation, allowing you to select the exact species, thickness, and stave configuration to suit your specific requirements.

Seamless Choice

Keep going, you’re on a roll.

Our end grain edgebanding is available on a roll, so you can put it straight into your edgebander – no retraining, no new machinery, no change of suppliers. Get the standard edgebanding to match, and you have the easiest solution to getting a solid looking board.

Multiple choice

Endless great options. No wrong answers. With 14 different species to choose from, you’re not limited in design options. Thickness can range from 0.8mm to 3.4mm to suit your application. The staves, the distance between the joints, are variable between 45mm and 150mm, or specced at a fixed dimension between 23mm to 150mm. And when supplied with a matching edgebanding and layon, all of your questions are answered for you.

Always Stable

End grain edgebanding is always stable

The PVC backing lets you apply the edging to any surface with repeatable consistency. It prevents splintering when trimming down to board thickness, and requires no additional protection on its surface. And end grain edging is even more versatile with its remarkable flexibility, making curved surfaces a real option.
