The ALPI Partnership
Our veneer authority is strengthened by our long-standing partnership with ALPI, a global leader in reconstituted wood surfaces. This collaboration allows us to offer products backed by a fully integrated, transparent supply chain, from the forestry concessions in Cameroon to our facility in Leitrim.
- Direct Supervision: ALPI manages 500,000 hectares of forest, ensuring full traceability and high social and economic standards for local communities.
- ZeroF Innovation: For projects requiring the highest indoor air quality, we provide ALPI ZeroF veneers. These are produced with zero added formaldehyde, directly contributing to LEED certification points and the creation of healthy, eco-responsible decorative environments.
- Verified Legality: Every ALPI component complies with the EU Timber Trade Regulation (EUTR), guaranteeing the legality of origin and the protection of global biodiversity.
The Manorbloc Initiative
Our Zero-Waste Mission
We are committed to a circular manufacturing model where “waste” is reimagined as a resource. Not a single inch of veneer from our Leitrim facility is destined for landfill.
- Circular Innovation: Our Manorbloc system captures 100% of our manufacturing by-products, converting wood offcuts into high-energy, recycled briquettes.
- Clean Energy: These briquettes provide a carbon-neutral heating solution for our local community. With a moisture content of just 6% and zero additives or glues, they burn cleaner and more efficiently than traditional fossil fuels.
