Paintable is a conventional PVC designed to work out as a base to support painting, lacquering or gluing. 

The main technical feature is a homogeneous adhesive primer coating applied on the surface of the edging, giving the edging the ideal adhesive properties to receive the final work.

After the edging processing and before the painting/lacquering, the edging should be gently cleaned in order to remove any contamination (hands moisture, for example) due to processing. 

Note: ABS Paintable edgings should not be cleaned with solvents as edging would lose its properties.

Paintable edging is available in PVC and ABS, Merenda stock 22x 0.4 mm in PVC however we can source up to 2mm in PVC or ABS.
